Brinc announces a month-long sustainability challenge across its global teams. In collaboration with DoGood, a sustainability app designed to assist employees in tracking their carbon footprint and eco-friendly behaviors, Brinc is inviting its teams in China, Japan, Singapore, India, Dubai, Bahrain and Oman to participate. The competition will span the entire month of April, Earth Month, and participants can earn points via various environmental challenges on the digital platform. The goal for each Brinc team is to accumulate the highest number of points, aiming to motivate staff to take action for the planet’s health while engaging in friendly competition. The winning team will receive a day off for volunteer work to encourage team building and community service.

Brinc launched its partnership with DoGood in early 2024, thrilled by the prospect of digitally gamifying the process of incorporating eco-friendly habits into workplace culture. The app also tracks the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) impact of employees’ actions, providing Brinc with a measurable way to assess the positive outcomes of their sustainability efforts.

The primary challenge Brinc sought to address with DoGood was the need for a more interactive and engaging way to promote sustainable behavior among its employees. By implementing the DoGood program, Brinc has introduced a fun and competitive element to sustainability, which has been rolled out across its offices worldwide.

“At Brinc, we believe that every person plays a vital role in driving sustainability forward,” says Manav Gupta, Brinc Founder & CEO. “As well as supporting founders who make a positive impact through their innovative businesses, we want to empower the Brinc team to actively participate in sustainable activities and make a tangible impact. By gamifying sustainable behaviors with DoGood, we promote eco-conscious choices and foster a culture of sustainability within our business.”

Through the DoGood initiative, Brinc has successfully united its teams in a shared space dedicated to sustainability, facilitating knowledge sharing, mutual inspiration, and the cultivation of a sustainable culture among employees, setting a new standard for sustainability in the workplace.
