Overpopulation, a rapidly growing elderly population, emerging infectious diseases, and a lack of effective diagnostic and treatment options for numerous chronic and acute disorders are rapidly priming the MedTech and Healthcare industry for timely, accurate, and accessible innovations.

Technology is transforming the industry and enabling billions to access better healthcare. Local startups can quickly and sustainably scale to regional and global markets, while with the emergence of Web3, new business opportunities and models are now possible.

Who it's for

We are looking for game-changing companies as well as related healthcare professionals and family caretakers that engage health-conscious individuals and patients at every phase of their journey.

  • Incorporated entity
  • At least two full-time founders
  • TRL 4+ with supporting data

Evaluation Criteria

  • Annual gigaton-scale emissions reduction potential
  • Techno-economic model at 1M ton scale
  • Do no harm ecological solutions

What's to expect

Our Offer

Investment Ticket: USD$130,000

Program Equity Alignment: Negotiable

Expected Valuation: USD $2m-15m 

Program Fee: USD $30,000 

1. The investment will only be provided to top-performing startups.
2. Pre-accelerator event where teams are invited to formally pitch to Brinc and our investors to determine eligibility for full acceleration.
3. Startups that demonstrate meaningful post-program traction may also be eligible for follow-on investment

Application Requirements

  • Based in any location
  • Companies focusing on devices and the aforementioned sub-verticals are expected to have developed a product, minimum viable product, or highly developed concept that can demonstrate a scalable and defined business model with a high growth potential.
  • Clinical or observational evidence that supports your technology will be a huge plus.
  • Proprietary product pipelines with solid pre-clinical or near-pre-clinical evidence that can lead to, for example, progression into clinical trials and opportunities in in out-licensing, co-development with larger biotech and pharmaceutical companies, and M&As.
  • At least two co-founders with relevant technical and commercial industry experience.

Program Requirements

  • Startups successfully accepted into our accelerator program will need to pay a USD $30,000 – 40,000 participation fee. This fee can be deducted from our investment amount.
  • There will also be a program equity alignment to take part in the program.
  • The program is 100% online and remote.
