Sales Associate/Manager

Brinc – a global venture accelerator, a company that supports physical entrepreneurship. We offer comprehensive programs tailored for IoT, connected hardware, drones, robotics, food technology, and clean technology to startups and corporates. We are now seeking an entry-level to intermediate experienced sales professional to help us generate, open and close more opportunities to expand our core capabilities of attracting, vetting, investing in and growing early-stage Game Changers (entrepreneurs).

In Brinc Hong Kong, the Sales Associate/Manager responsibility is to take the years of momentum and brand building we have built in Hong Kong and accelerate door opening, pitching, and closing of new programs and strategic opportunities regionally.

Roles & responsibilities

• Source and secure new GBA accelerator program opportunities

• Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities for Brinc Hong Kong accelerator programs

• Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones

• Qualify and drive partnership opportunities for existing GBA programs with corporates/ CVCs, investors, and other strategic partnerships

• Support proposal development in collaboration with key stakeholders within the GBA and program team

• Upon signing a new program, work with the program team to ensure smooth transition of execution at the point of the kickoff meeting

• Support the key relationship owner with our program partners throughout the program execution

• Maintain an understanding of key industry trends and competitive issues and products

• Execute business development and corporate market research programs by devising collection methods and then collect targeted data to identify and evaluate potential corporate partners for participation in Brinc programs

Desired skills & experience

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• 3-5 years sales experience locally

• Experience with B2B based partnerships

• Strong communication skills

• Native English speaker and Cantonese/Mandarin is preferred

• Ability to support complex projects and multi-task

• Excellent organizational skills

• Track record of sales lead research, cold outreach, sales funnel management, and other associated introductory and intermediate sales skills

• A passion for entrepreneurship and startup experience

• Can-do attitude, strategic thinker, and the ability to flourish with minimal guidance
