ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the food technology accelerator program. They will report directly to the Program Manager of the Food Technology Accelerator. The assistant must be organised and detail oriented and they can leverage these skills to effectively manage their time as well as the dynamic schedule of the Program Manager they support. They will perform secretarial duties, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, screening and handling office communications. For support of the program they will help to proof read and edit internal and external reports, manuals, summaries and databases related to all stages of the food technology accelerator.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Using computer solutions manage and disseminate information, plan and schedule meetings and maintain administrative records.
- Proof read manuals and documents for the food technology accelerator. Summarize scientific and market reports. Compile databases for materials of the food technology accelerator program.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting across multiple levels of the Brinc organization and liaise with other departments, personnel and external business entities.
- BSc degree with minimum 3 years work experience
- Advanced proficiency in personal computer applications, including Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher etc.
